Our care coordinators will gather initial information and work with you and your physician to schedule your first evaluation as quickly as possible.

We accept Medicare Part B, which covers medically necessary wound care services when ordered by a physician. Our team handles the authorization process and works directly with Medicare to ensure your wound care is properly covered. If you have questions about coverage for your specific situation, please contact our office.

We understand that wound care needs can be urgent. Once we receive a referral and the necessary documentation, we strive to schedule initial evaluations within a few days. For wounds showing signs of infection or other concerning symptoms, we make every effort to expedite the appointment. Contact us immediately if you believe your situation requires urgent attention.

Visit frequency depends on your individual wound care needs and treatment plan. During the initial evaluation, our wound care specialist will assess your wound and develop a customized treatment schedule. Some patients require weekly visits, while others may need more frequent care. As your wound improves, visit frequency typically decreases. We continuously reassess and adjust your treatment plan based on your progress.
